Missed Appointment & Late Cancellation Policy

We value your time and strive to accommodate all our clients. When an appointment is missed or canceled without sufficient notice, it prevents us from offering that time to another client and results in a loss of potential revenue. To ensure fairness to all, appointments canceled without reasonable notice, before service technicians’ arrival, or unattended appointments (“no-shows”), will incur a standard service fee charge ($99.95). This fee is non-refundable and must be settled before future bookings can be confirmed.
