Tom Becker
Owner & Sales
Tom started climate masters in 1978 as a family business. He is now one of our salesmen and does bids to meet the needs of your new HVAC equipment needs. He loves helping people and solving complex HVAC issues.
Doug Becker
Salesman
Doug started working at the family business in 2003 as one of the primary Salesman. Doug is extremely knowledgeable about every level of HVAC equipment and he can find a solution to any heating and/or cooling need when you are ready to install a new system.
Carl
Service Manager
Carl began work with Climate Masters in 1983. He has worked locally in the HVAC Industry for well over 45 years. He is an expert in ductwork, service, maintenance and repairs.
Jana
Office Manager
Jana began her work at Climate Masters in 2018. She is the cheery voice most clientele hear on the phone when calling in to solve their HVAC issues. She can help trouble shoot, get you scheduled for maintenance and make sure you are pointed in the right direction.

Lead Installation
Scott is a Journeyman with Local Union 36. He began working with Climate Masters since 1992.
Ethan
Installation Apprentice
Ethan is an apprentice with Local Union 36 and is currently studying with Scott on install jobs.

Serviceman
Wes is a Journeyman with Local Union 36. He started with Climate Masters in 1996.

Mike is a Journeyman with Local Union 36. He started with the company in 2018 and has been a serviceman for over 5 years.
